Sensory Sensitive Morning at the Lighthouse

Selected date

Monday March 25

Selected time

10:00 AM  –  12:30 PM

A sensory friendly outdoor experience for children on the autism spectrum and with sensory sensitivities, as well as their families and caregivers. Early hours provide a relaxed environment for attendees to engage in a hands-on activity, learn history, and enjoy an optional climb of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse.

Quiet spaces are provided for those with extra sensitivities. Each month features a new activity which can be completed with assistance from staff and volunteers or taken home. Children must be accompanied by adults throughout their visit, and we ask that adults supervise children during activities. Activities begin at 10AM and end by 1230PM.

Families are welcome to climb to the top of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse during Sensory Sensitive Mornings. Children must be at least 48” tall to climb the Lighthouse.
