Sound Bath Experience

The SOULfeggio SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE is a 45-minute auditory experience, conducted by local musicians and sound bowl practitioners, Debbie Tassone and Robin Lance. Once everyone is comfortably in place, they will explain how sound bowls and other instruments produce attuned frequencies. The experience encourages relaxation and a sense of peace;  something many of us do not make enough time for in our busy lives. The frequencies produced (through a program of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, percussion and vocalization) can create a restful state, encouraging the physical body to move into harmonization and flow.
