Coffee & Construction at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area.

Join the Bureau of Land Management at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area for Coffee & Construction to learn about the Shoreline Stabilization Project, get updated on construction progress and take a tour of the work completed so far.

Start your morning with a delightful cup of coffee while you chat with knowledgeable staff and the Bureau of Land Management’s Project Manager, Peter De Witt. Learn about the project and the ongoing work at the ONA before heading on a guided tour of the construction progress so far. You'll gain an up-close view of the ongoing efforts to preserve and enhance the unique resources of the public lands here at the ONA. Discover the project’s goals, the techniques being utilized, and the progress achieved so far. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insights into the essential work being done to protect the site.  This event will involve walking off-trails and across construction site surfaces, as such suitable closed toed footwear and the ability to traverse these surfaces is required. The guided tour will require the use of a reflective vest (provided to attendees for the guided portion of the program).
